We're confident that you'll love camping with us. If for any reason you must cancel a reservation or request a refund, the Berkshire Lake Campground refund policy clearly outlines what you can expect.
There will be no refunds for holiday weekends.
If you cancel overnight camping at least seven days before your stay, you will receive a full refund. All other cancellations will receive a rain check.
We do not refund for early departure or due to Mother Nature. When you make your reservation, you will be asked to pay in full at the time of booking.
We do not refund for monthly camping reservations.
There is a 3% service fee for all credit card refunds.
Management has the right to alter the policy as necessary.
Camping & Visitor Rules
We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us. Please familiarize yourself with the camper and visitor rules.
One family (two adults and three children) and one camping unit are allowed per site. There are no tents, and all visitors must check in and pay $10.00 per day and $15.00 per night. Please, no more than four visitors per site.
Minibikes, motorcycles, golf carts, guns, fireworks, or bows and arrows are not permitted.
No children under 21 years of age may camp alone. Children must be on their campsite by 10:00 p.m. Parents are responsible for children and damages.
Boats and trailers are not permitted on campsites.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted on your campsite, but may not be carried through the campground.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Lake fishing is strictly catch-and-release, and no swimming or boating is permitted.
No lifeguard is on duty at the pool. An adult must accompany children 14 and under. Please read posted pool rules.
Pets are permitted, but dogs must be on a leash and cleaned up after. Pets must have all required shots.
Dumpsters are for garbage only and are located to the left of the service building.
No carpets or mats may be placed on the grass.
Management has the right to alter rules as necessary.
